Pedroia Destroyah!

Another strong showing for the Red Sox last night, pummeling Sidney Ponson and the Yankees 11-3. Leading the way for the sox was mighty-mite second baseman Dustin Pedroia, who hit his first career grand slam in the eigth inning.

I watched the game last night from the bar while playing trivia (as mentioned yesterday). Our team B-batteries, did not fare as well as we would have liked, however it was difficult to compete with teams that used less-than-ethical means for obtaining their answers...

The Sox are currently going for the sweep in NY and are tied 0-0 in the 4th. Mark Kotsay got the start in right, and is currently batting 1.000 since joining the Sox. That must be some kind of record.
